My Professional Odyssey
My career spans extensive roles, including leading HR teams as a Deputy HR Director and being a key player in trade union relations. I hold a Masters in HR Management with Distinction and am an Accredited ILM 7 Executive Coach and Mentor. Each role has been a stepping stone, helping me gather invaluable insights and skills that I bring to my consultancy.

I've had the privilege of leading HR aspects for CQC 'Outstanding' rated NHS Trusts, pioneering additional paid leave for staff experiencing miscarriage, and driving single equality schemes to win Corporate Excellence awards. These milestones reflect my commitment to creating inclusive, supportive, and high-performing workplaces.

Life Beyond Professional Boundaries
Outside the office, I like sports, often participating in walking and running events. My latest challenge was a half marathon to support a paediatric unit, reflecting my dedication to community welfare.
